Ordering Artisan Buns
How far in advance should I place my order?
Because our artisan loaves and sourdough rolls require a patient, slow-fermentation process, we kindly ask for orders to be placed before 2 pm on Tuesdays. This ensures every grain is perfectly prepared just for you. After 2pm we start preparation process. Any order placed after 2pm on Tuesday will be placed on the next week batch. Do you offer local delivery in Hackettstown?
To comply with Cottage Food Law, I cannot deliver or ship my products using any carrier. I can only deliver personally to your home or the products can be bought or picked up in a designated Market. Yes, I offer doorstep delivery to the local Hackettstown community. Freshly baked goods are delivered between 8 AM and 11 AM . Upon agreement, deliveries can be made at any time from 8 am to 5pm. Can I modify my order selection after ordering?
Yes you can modify your order before 2pm on Tuesdays . After 2 pm all orders enter preparation process . Due to the artisan nature of our products we cannot accept cancelations or modification after that time. Thank you for your understanding. Please reach out to 973-598-5307 for any urgent changes.
Do you use organic ingredients for all artisan bakes?
Absolutely. Purity is at the heart of Bon-Buns. We exclusively use high quality chocolate and 100% organic flours and heirloom grains to ensure our bread and chocolates are as kind to the earth as they are delicious. We do not use preservatives or additives .
Where can I find tracking for my delivery?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated text or email with a confirmation . All deliveries are made on Fridays.
What should I do if my buns arrived slightly cool?
While we strive for prompt delivery, artisan bread is easily refreshed. Simply preheat your oven to 350°F and warm your loaf for 2 to 3 minutes to restore its signature crisp crust and soft, aromatic interior.

We bring the warmth of Bon-Buns directly to your doorstep. Our local delivery zone covers Hackettstown and neighboring communities, ensuring your sourdough stays fresh and your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. Local Delivery: Fridays 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. or 2pm to 4pm.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our artisan breads and chocolates, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has left our micro-bakery. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please reach out so we can make it right until complete satisfaction.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed for missing items or quality concerns reported within 24 hours of delivery. As every loaf is small-batch and handcrafted, we assess each request personally to ensure your satisfaction reflects the love we put into our baking.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled baking date. Baking process (fermentation) starts wednesday morning . Because our sourdough culture requires a patient, multi-day preparation, we cannot cancel orders once the specific artisan process has begun for your bun.
