Artisan Dark Rye
This hearty loaf is made almost entirely with organic dark Rye flour. A small amount of organic wheat bread flour is added to balance the crumb and toasted organic Khorasan and Chop Dark Rye is added to maximize flavor. The result is a very flavorfully loaf with a dense crumb typical of German loaves. Best accompanied with smoked salmon or pastrami and mustard or pickles. It is also delicious with citric preserves. This loaf has the option to be sliced which we recommend. The loaf is about 945grams . Allergens: Contains Wheat.
Place sliced loaf in a plastic bag, separate slices with parchment paper. Seal well the bag. Freeze up to 2 weeks.
To rewarm: Take the portion to be used out of the freezer and place it on the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours. Warm it up in a toaster, air fryer device, toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
