Pillowy Soft, buttery, and lightly sweet, our Sourdough Brioche Loaf has a tender crumb with a gentle sourdough tang. Perfect for toast, French toast, or enjoying warm with coffee or tea. Crafted with European style butter for a rich buttery taste. Carefully slow cold fermented for 30 hours. Absolutely delicious!! Each loaf is about 840grams. Allergens: Contains wheat, milk, eggs.

  • Place sliced loaf in a plastic bag, separate slices with parchment paper. Seal well the bag. Freeze up to 2 weeks.

    To rewarm: Take the portion to be used out of the freezer and place it on the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours. Warm it up in a toaster, air fryer device, toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
