Marbled Rye
Beautiful and delicious. This soft loaf features a dough in two tones given by a touch of chocolate in part of the dough. Perfectly soft and light scented with carraway seeds for the typical Deli Rye flavor.
It is offered sliced (optional) Each slice is a surprise due to the beautiful different patterns created. The loaf is made with organic bread flour and organic Rye flour. Carefully fermented with sourdough culture. The loaf is about 655 grams. Allergens: Contains wheat, eggs.
Place sliced loaf in a plastic bag, separate slices with parchment paper. Seal well the bag. Freeze up to 2 weeks.
To rewarm: Take the portion to be used out of the freezer and place it on the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours. Warm it up in a toaster, air fryer device, toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
