Heirloom Loaf
This hearty loaf is made entirely with 100% fresh milled Spelt flour. Earthy nutty flavor with a hint of sweetness. Not as airy as the shifted wheat flour neither as dense as the whole Rye flour. Perfect crumb to make sandwiches or toasted and enjoyed with a citrous preserve or just butter. Loaded with nutrients!!! It is offered in small or large sizes. Large loaf about 840grams. Small loaf about 420grams. Allergens: Contains wheat.
Place sliced loaf in a plastic bag, separate slices with parchment paper. Seal well the bag. Freeze up to 2 weeks.
To rewarm: Take the portion to be used out of the freezer and place it on the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours. Warm it up in a toaster, air fryer device, toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
